SC lists for hearing UNF members FR case

The Supreme Court today listed for hearing to support Leave to Proceed and granting of interim relief for March 16 in the Fundamental Rights application filed by several UNP members seeking restoration of their security which was withdrawn after the dissolution of Parliament.

 

The case was taken up today before a three member bench comprising Chief Justice Asoka De Silva and Justices Jagath Balapatabendi and I.Imam.
